Vrksasana—Tree Pose

Hold your wine glass in one hand, your straw in the other, and your gaze on a motionless spot ahead of you to help keep your balance. Pro-tip: Don’t put the foot of your bent leg on the knee of your straight leg. Keep it in your hip crease (like the picture above), on your calf, or above the knee.

Natarajasana—Lord of the Dance Pose

Also known as Dancer Pose, this is another of the easy yoga poses that puts your balance to the test. This time, hold your glass in one hand for sipping, your gaze on a motionless point, and your elevated foot in one hand. You’ll be dancing your way to the bottom of the bottle!

Adho Mukha Svanasana—Downward-Facing Dog Pose

Perhaps the most well-known of the easy yoga poses, Downward Dog might be the simplest way to taste your vino. Just make sure you have a straw long enough—and keep your spine and legs long and strong as well.

For Triangle Pose, you’ll hold your glass in one hand instead of extending that hand to your calf, ankle, or the floor. Remember to keep your spine long and strong, and maintain a soft bend in the front knee to protect yourself from injury.

Astavakrasana—Eight-Angle Pose
